1. Eligibility and these these terms

You can add funds using UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, IMPS, or net banking. Deposits are credited instantly in normal conditions, and you should only deposit money that belongs to you and that you can afford to lose. All bets are settled from your available balance.

Withdrawals are processed quickly once your request is verified. To protect members against fraud, we may confirm your identity and payment details before releasing a payout, and we may require that withdrawals go back to the same method or account used to deposit. The time for funds to reach you can depend on your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to review or hold any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Where a bet is placed on an obvious error, a technical glitch, or a market that was clearly mispriced, we reserve the right to void the bet and correct the settlement. Members who breach fair-use rules may have bets voided, funds withheld, and accounts closed.

6. Bet settlement and market rules

Bets are matched and settled according to the rules of each market and the official result of the relevant event. On the exchange, back and lay bets are matched between members, and a bet only stands once it is fully matched. If an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or has no official result, affected bets are normally voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific market rules. Our decision on settlement, made in good faith and based on the official outcome, is final.

7. Liability and responsible play

The platform is provided for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radhe Exchange is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your betting decisions, from interruptions to internet or third-party services, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
